Registration for the Meeting

Members

Registration is free to members and is automatic. If your dues are paid, a preprinted badge and program will await you on site. You don't need to do anything. You can check your dues status by logging in as a member. Please bring a copy of your receipt if you pay dues online within 14 days of the meeting. It may take 14 days to process your membership.

Undergraduate Students

Undergraduates should register in advance for the 2012 Annual Meeting. To register, click the link above. All undergraduate attendees must register, regardless of whether they are attending the MPA or Psi Chi meeting. You will not be admitted to the exhibit hall unless you register. Advance registration will be open until April 25, 2012.

All Other Non-Members

Graduate students and faculty who are not members of MPA should register for the conference in advance. To register, click the link above. Registration for graduate student non-members is $22. Registration for faculty non-members is $50. All attendees must register. You will not be admitted to the exhibit hall unless you register. Advance registration will be open until April 25, 2012.

Onsite Registration for the 2012 meeting

Onsite registration is available at the conference during the times listed below. The lines for onsite registration can be very long, especially in the morning. Consequently, undergraduates and nonmembers are strongly encouraged to register in advance using the links above. Advance registration is less expensive than onsite registration. Onsite registration is $25 for both graduate and undergraduate students and $50 for other non-members. Onsite registration occurs in the Upper Exhibition Hall, 4th floor, Palmer House.

Times: Thursday-7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 am to 2:45 pm
Saturday-8:00 am to 11:30 am
