The American Psychological Foundation (APF) is seeking proposals for the 2013 Esther Katz Rosen Fellowship. This fellowship supports graduate students whose work centers on the psychological understanding of gifted and talented children and adolescents. The fellowship provides up to $25,000 for one year.
